At EU Orlando we love to share stories about our students and graduates. Fabian will graduate from EU Orlando in March of 2018 with his Bachelors in Construction Management. Fabian, and his wife, own their own electrical contracting business, but have been looking to diversify their business and provide a means for giving back to the community and serving those less fortunate then themselves.

Fabian’s desire to earn his degree was driven via by not only a passion for learning, but to also provide himself with a foundation that would allow him to take his families business ventures to new heights. As part of this program, Fabian needed to present a Capstone Project. The projected that he presented was centered on the construction, management and execution of group homes for young adults. Fabian’s presentation consisted of financial projections, blue prints, regulatory codes, 3-D rendering, green standards and a comprehensive business plan. His ability to complete such a project he attributes to his learnings and Everglades University and the instruction that was provided by Mr. Groniger. The presentation was outstanding, and Fabian’s family has already secured property to begin the construction phase of this venture.
